You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the az77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish any az77 content in any medium without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on az77 content.
• Use the az77 brand, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose or in any manner that implies association or endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the az77 Platform using automated tools.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

• Any losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit az77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
